Working Hours

Main Responsibilities

• Based in our busy bars, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
• Deliver quick and efficient food service to our guests.
• Leading a team throughout service of the day.
• Deliver detailed briefings and ensure all staff have been trained.

Skills / Qualifications

• Team leader experience in a hospitality environment is required.
• Additional training will be provided on shift by a manager.
• Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
• Must be confident in leading a team and delegating tasks to staff members.
• Good time management.
• Be able to successful problem-solve
• Ensure good customer service
