Constellation Platinum Runners needed for The O2 Arena London! (18+ ONLY)

Constellation Platinum is looking for runners to support and grow our exclusive front of house teams, particularly at The O2 Arena London. We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident candidate who has enthusiasm for hospitality and would like to expand their skill set and accelerate their vocation.

Constellation Platinum is a brand within the Compass Group that provides a front of house team to selected premium restaurants & suites in flagship London venues. We operate differently from others as you can choose the frequency that you work, meaning you have control over your schedule. We offer VIP roles ranging from 10 to 40+ hours per week, this can be altered at any time making the role perfect for those who are looking for flexibility.

As a part of the Platinum team, you will be encouraged to expand your skill in food knowledge, drinks service and guest relations through our onsite masterclasses.

Main responsibilities include:

•  Basic waiting experience for min 1 year
•  Knowledge of the basic steps of service
•  Understands restaurant terminology, eg: covers, mains away etc
•  Ability to carry two plates
•  Handle glass ware and crockery correctly when serving
•  Confident to explain menu dishes to guests.
•  Understands the additional work that needs to be completed in the kitchen – eg: polishing, tidying, organising cutlery
•  Understanding of allergens and the processes and procedures
•  Happy and willing to jump into any job role to help out
•  Would like to progress in fine dining and is using this as starting point

Specific’s

•  Over 18’s only
•  Casual and based around business needs.
•  Must be able to work flexible hours on both weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
•  Able to independently travel to venue.
