We are looking for a hospitality supervisor with a 'Can-do' attitude, who is driven with a passion for food and service quality. The main objective of this role is to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the day to day hospitality functions within a highly customer focused environment.
Customer liaison
Food and beverage delivery in a professional and polite manner, clearing
Stock management and ordering.
You will be required to assist in the preparation of breakfast onsite
Understand and deliver all contractual terms
Communicate any on site client changes to line manager.
Communicate regularly with client (as agreed)
Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys
Promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate at all time
Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard
Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager

Ensure all areas are adequately stocked at all times
Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation
