Working Hours

you will be invited to attend a Tottenham Hotspur open day on the 27th July - Time will be confirmed when contacted. you will discuss with our team of excellent chefs your experience and asked to complete some challenges along the way.

for people that are successful, you will be giving a full season calendar to be able to fill your diary with consistent work.

Main Responsibilities

Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
• Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
• Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

We are looking for lead Chef's with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.

Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
