Come and join our Chef Hands team at Wimbledon this year. This is an amazing opportunity to experience working in our most prestigious kitchens with the 2-Michelin Star cheffing teams of The Roux Family and Tom Sellers!

Chef Hands is your opportunity to get your foot in the door within the culinary sector. All we ask for is commitment, passion, and a willingness to learn. We want to provide career progression from the ground up and remove the fear factor of working in kitchens, it’s not scary – we promise!

As part of our culinary team, you will have access to a mixture of online and on-site training, allowing you to gain practical skills which will accelerate you within your Constellation career. You will gain essential knowledge on kitchen operations, safe working practices, service standards, teamwork, and much, much more.

Everyday you will work with a range of chefs that hold a wealth of knowledge which means the possibilities are endless for what you could achieve. You will be given direction on how to undertake basic cooking duties, prepare simple dishes, and efficiently plate during a live service.

Plus, you will be able to continue your Chef Hands journey with us after the Champs at our world class venues. Continue your role at the likes of Tottenham Hotspur FC, Chelsea FC, Brentford FC. the Kia Oval, the O2 Arena and Wembley Arena!

Requirements:

Must be fully available from 28th June – 13th July 2024

Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts

Must be over 18

Must be a committed individual with a can-do attitude
