Whether you are providing a fine dining experience in one of our Restaurants, serving our eagerly awaiting fans in our Retail Bars or creating beautiful dishes for our guests in the Kitchens - every role that is played on a Match Day is vital to its success - and you can be a part of it!

We are looking for an amazing team to who can commit to the Football Season and be a part of all of our Match Days, with weekday/ weekend events in between!

**Please check your journey to this venue in advance TW8 0RU as we are ideally looking for a local team who have no issues getting to and from the venue and will prioritise working at our stadium.

Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

We are looking for a team who will be available for all of our Match Days, and who will commit and prioritise us over other venues. This doesn't mean to say you cannot work at other venues within Constellation, but Brentford will always be your first priority on clash days.

Main Responsibilities

Based in our busy bars and restaurants, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. Depending on the role you are looking for/ have experience in:

• Greet and seat guests, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have
• Serve food and drinks, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for the next customers
• Handle cash and card payments and process them accurately through the till system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and ensure that health and safety standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure that our guests have a great experience
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared to the highest standard

Skills / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front of house role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and card payments
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
