We really are the people lynchpin, and often the emergency resource to keep the business moving. Overseeing a variety of contracts as the account owner, you will support the attraction of candidates and match them to appropriate positions based on their skills and personality. Your role within the team is multi-faceted and your ability to multi – task will be key.


Our Consultants must have a variety of skills, negotiation, patience, empathy and time management to name just a few. They possess sound judgement, communication and aptitude. They also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit. Teamwork creates the foundation that makes our operation such a s success.

Key Responsibilities


The below outlines some of the key responsibilities of your job role:


· Responsible for multi venue, site account management and building long-term relationships, mapping staffing requirements in line with venue timeframes.

· Oversee resourcing of candidates with team resources using database provided and assign the correct people to the correct roles, based on skill sets and soft skills, within the timeframes set by per client requirements.

· Overall Accountability for delivering the quantities and qualities.

· Supporting at check ins and check outs as agreed, and co ordinating feedback with the accounts you oversee.

· Employ recruiting methods alongside the resource team to support attracting candidates with job advertising.

· Evaluate CV’s and applications when needed, to support the delivery of online assessments and training as required.

· Chasing client timesheets to meet deadlines and supporting the payroll and admin assistants where necessary.

· To follow all procedures outlined in terms of candidate admin and booking systems.

· To ensure that we adhere to all legalities involved in recruitment.

· Ensuring when out of the business clients are handed over correctly.


This role is a 5 out of 7 day working week. It will involve occasional weekend working and on-site responsibilities depending on account management and occasional out of hours to fit around the needs of the business.
