Constellation Platinum Barbacks needed for The O2 Arena London! (18+ ONLY)

Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced barbacks to support and grow our exclusive bar team across London venues, in particular the O2! We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident candidate who has enthusiasm for hospitality and would like to expand their skill set and accelerate their vocation.

Constellation Platinum is a brand within the Compass Group that provides a front of house team to selected premium restaurants & suites in flagship London venues. We operate differently from others as you can choose the frequency that you work, meaning you have control over your schedule. We offer VIP roles ranging from 10 to 40+ hours per week, this can be altered at any time making the role perfect for those who are looking for flexibility.

As a part of the Platinum team, you will be encouraged to expand your skill in drinks knowledge, drinks service and guest relations through our onsite masterclasses.

Main responsibilities include:

•  Basic barback experience for min 1 year
•  Re-stock and replenish drinks – understanding of stock rotation and label presentation
•  Good handling of glassware
•  Polish and replenish glasses
•  Prepare the garnishes
•  Keeping ice topped up/being productive during service
•  Taking bins out and replacing them
•  Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the bar area
•  Basic knowledge of drink stock/brands
•  Understanding of allergens and the processes and procedures
•  Good knowledge of the health and safety steps behind the bar
•  Happy and willing to jump into any job role to help out
•  Would like to progress as a premium bar tender/cocktail barman

•  Over 18’s only to sell alcohol.
•  Experience essential
•  Casual and based around business needs.
•  Must be able to work flexible hours on both weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
•  Able to independently travel to venue.
