The NinetyThird by Qatar Airways is The O2's newest premium members club featuring panoramic views for every show, elevated fine dining, and exclusive access to the world's first 'walkway' overlooking the arena to take our members above the crowd. This will be without doubts a sensational place to work in.


The NinteyThird is fine dining re – imagined. With show stopping cocktails from one of the two main bar areas, theatrical food offerings in our restaurant, all delivered by exceptional people with exceptional service.


The Cocktail Bar combines all elements of The NinteyThird into one space. Theatrical cocktails, show stopping service, and a team of people that take the customers on journey.


The Mixologist role is the centerpiece to the Jigsaw. You will need to be exceptional. Not only from a skills and knowledge perspective, but teamwork, commitment, confidence and enthusiasm are some of the key traits you will need. The ability to take our guests on a journey through explaining the story behind the cocktails will be key. Along with service flair.


We are looking for a Mixologist who can work most of the O2's events, with availability of 4-6 days a week. These will be mostly evening shifts - start times will be around 3-4pm and you will finish at approximately midnight.


The Person:


· Engaging, flexible and friendly in manner, with confidence when meeting and interacting with people to discover their needs.

· 12 months minimum High-end London bar experience.

· Mixologist experience, be able to make classic cocktails from scratch.

· Flaring experience.

· Extensive spirits knowledge.

· Be organised with effective time management.

· Demonstrate use of required technology or ability to write clear orders.

· Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

· Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and think on your feet.

· Comfortable to walk & stand during majority of shift

· Must be able to work flexible hours on both weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
