We want trusted, hardworking bar staff to join our team and help make these events exceptional for our guests. Working in our busy bars and food outlets you will be expected to deliver fast paced but exceptional customer service to our guests who attend on a weekly basis.
Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Starting rate in London is £11.95 p/h, with increases depending on experience and role.
Main Responsibilities
Based in our busy bars and VIP areas, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications
Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
