This role has the opportunity to be full time to the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for Cdp/ Sous Chef with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.
Looking after a High-Profile client the standards are set to a superior level.
With a menu many focused on French cuisine, a sophisticated set of dishes are expected to be replicated and produced on a continuous basis.
With most dishes being served cold, a lot of emphasis on prep and Mise en place is key.
Excellent knife skills and precision required. Every plate will need to go out identical and be photographable.
Chefs will need to be well presented, clean and pristine to represent the brand.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
Vetting needed – 5-year uninterrupted work history. Reference from all employers. Account for any gaps. ID, RTW documents.
