Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at various large event venues around Dublin, eg Aviva Stadium, Dublin Convention Centre, horse-racetracks & other venues, on shifts that suit you. Upcoming games on 29/07, 05/08, 06/08, 19/08 & 26/08 followed by Sept & Oct games.
Main Responsibilities
Based in our busy bars, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications
Prior experience in using traditional bar taps is desirable. Cocktail experience can be useful for some event roles. Knowledge in pairing wine with menu dishes is ideal, but full training is provided.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
