Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced waiters to join our exclusive front-of-house teams at London’s top venues.

We are looking for knowledgeable, confident hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to enhance their skills in a luxury environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable service to 12-16 guests per shift.
• Build and maintain excellent guest relationships.
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Upsell premium food and drink options.
• Deliver expert wine service, including wine pairing recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 12 months in a waiting role.

✅ Confidence: Skilled in à la carte service, taking orders, and handling drinks trays.

✅ Expertise: Able to recommend and serve wine & champagne professionally.

✅ Knowledge: Understanding of fine dining, menu terminology, and cocktails.

✅ Personality: Calm under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills.

✅ Availability: Must be able to work a shift on the 9th March 2025
