Managers / Supervisors Edgbaston Cricket Stadium

The Role:

We need experienced, passionate, and committed managers to be involved with the delivery of match day hospitality at Edgbaston Cricket Stadium.

You must be able to interact effectively across both client and operational functions whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role. You will be expected to ensure your operational area is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment in a timely manner prior to service, considering expected guest numbers, service times and any targets given to you. You will be expected to lead briefings for each shift, preparing your team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Pay Rate:

£16.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on role and experience + holiday pay.

Paid weekly.
