Constellation Platinum is seeking dedicated and hardworking barbacks to support our elite hospitality team at The O2 Arena. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 6 months in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment.

✅ Support Skills: Ability to efficiently restock bars, maintain cleanliness, and assist bartenders.

✅ Organisation: Strong ability to manage stock, glassware, and equipment under pressure.

✅ Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting heavy items, standing, and moving throughout shifts.

✅ Team Player: Works well under pressure and supports the bar team seamlessly.

✅ Attention to Detail: Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and operating smoothly.

✅ Flexibility: Available for evening, weekday, and weekend shifts, with the ability to get home from late-night finishes (1am+). Need to be available for 80% of the shifts at o2. April Shifts: 1st – 6th, 8th – 13th, 16th – 21st, 24th and 26th.
