We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic kiosk staff to help us deliver an exceptional matchday service!

Do you want to be part of an exciting team of enthusiastic people, working in some of the most renowned venues across the country? We are searching for matchday kiosk staff to join the Midlands Team for the current 2024/2025 season.

We are recruiting for Till Operators, Pourers and catering assistants for our prestigious Midlands venues

Position Details:

• Aston Villa FC
• Birmingham City FC
• Edgbaston
• Wolverhampton Wanderers FC
• Pay rate £12 an hour

Main Responsibilities

- Being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests

- Communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

- Take pride in your business and adhere to agreed standards with your team.

- Feel comfortable working in a stadium environment..

- Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to our guests

-Taking beverage orders and upselling products to customers

- Helping to manage queues.

- Pouring

- Till work

- Cleaning down workstations and tables

- Must be over 18 years old for some positions
