Working Hours & pay

This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few match day shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Rate of pay starts at £16.00 per hour depending on your experience, qualification and role you'll be doing.


Main Chef Responsibilities

  • Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
  • Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!


Skills / Qualifications

  • Chefs with previous experience as you may be required to work by yourself
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2.
  • Experience within a high volume setting is an advantage but not essential.
  • Must have up to date knowledge of all HACCP and COSHH Regulations.
  • The ability to remain calm during high- volume periods.
