If you are a junior or an experienced chef, please get in touch as we will consider chefs of all levels. With over 40 event days across the year, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an amazing team in one of the many Restaurants across the racecourse.

This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like.

Main Chef Responsibilities

- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

- Supporting the Senior chefs and assist other team members as needed.

- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

- Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!

Skills / Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment is welcome.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
