At Constellation, we are looking for experienced Hospitality Back of House Managers to join our team in Sheffield to work at the Iconic Bramall Lane Stadium for the new football season 24/25


Bramall Lane Stadium is an impressive and exciting venue, situated close to Sheffield’s busy city center.


Bramall Lane Stadium combines the heritage and nostalgia of 135 years of sporting excellence with a first-class hospitality experience.


Are you an organised leader with great attention to detail and a passion for a good customer and staff experience? As a Hospitality Back of House Manager, you will be tasked with controlling the pass, taking checks from order takers, organising the kitchen, constant high-level communication with chefs and calling food away, clearing back of house areas post shift and leading / controlling the function from a back of house perspective


Back of House Manager Roles:


You must be able to interact effectively across both the front & back of house operational functions whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role. You will be expected to ensure your operational area is fully stocked with the necessary equipment in a timely manner prior to service, taking into account, service times and any instructions given to you. You will be expected to prepare your team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.


Requirements:

• Demonstrate experience in a high-volume hospitality environment – major events / banqueting operations

• Possess strong leadership skills

• Must be a competent communicator

• Compassionate and approachable personality

• Strong evidence of being organised and possess excellent planning skills

• Possess outstanding attention to detail

• The ability to solve problems efficiently as they arise

• Possess prior experience within a lead customer service position.

• Ability to motivate staff

• Accountability

• Be able to commit to the home fixtures for the 24/25 season, and be flexible with fixture changes, plus the ability to work occasional ad hoc events at the stadium throughout the year
