Recruitment Resourcer

Constellation is looking for an experienced recruitment and resourcing team member to lead and drive a recruitment projects around the Scotland area. Constellation is the in house workforce solution for Compass Group UK.

You will be based out of the regional office at Rangers FC, Glasgow

Constellation is a fast-paced environment, supplying people daily across many locations, including world renowned football, cricket, rugby stadia, iconic music arenas as well as education and healthcare sectors.

Much of our recruitment is done online with screening calls as well as face to face interviews, FLOW assessments and training. The flexibility of the recruiter resourcer is the ability to see and understand the requirement of the business and driving the recruitment where needed. There will be late requests as well as planned recruitment required, managing the amount of screening calls and the flow of the applicants will be key in successfully tracking the success rate of the applications.

Amending adverts and using social media will be required in creating interest in roles that are available. There will be a mix of single recruitment needs as well as mass recruitment for large venues for example 300 casual waiting and bar staff to service the requirements of major sports stadia.

Main duties:

• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
• Telephone screening applicants to assess their suitability to the roles.
• Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company
• Via Teams and face to face onboarding of new starters giving them the basic knowledge to start a new role.
• Meeting with clients to develop and expand business opportunities and understand the skill set required in their business.

· upto £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) 40 hours per week
