Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of waiters to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Oversee and comply with all food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
• Serve food, take orders, and clear tables to keep the flow of service going smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in leading dinner services.
• A knack for managing high-volume events, banquets, and large-scale catered occasions.
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
• Mastery in carrying three plates at once!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick thinking and solid problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality trends, safety guidelines, and allergen procedures.
• A calm demeanor under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
