Do you want to be part of an exciting team of experienced waiters, working in the renowned suites at the O2? We are looking for trusted staff members to provide a legendary experience to our guests at music concerts, comedy nights and other live shows throughout the year!
Working Hours
In this flexible and active role, you can pick and choose your shifts as you please. And you can even choose WHERE to work, with the opportunity open for you to work at any one of our 5,000+ venues across the UK.
Role responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to our guests
- Collecting orders & upselling food and drinks to customers
- Cleaning down workstations and tables
Requirements
- Over 18s only
- Fine-dining, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Confidence when interacting with people
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Good initiative when working
