Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced VIP Restaurant Supervisors to lead our exclusive front-of-house team at The Amex Lounge, The O2 Arena.

We are seeking confident, knowledgeable hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering world-class service and keen to develop their leadership skills in a high-end environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of VIP waiters, ensuring smooth and professional service.
• Motivating and managing your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicating effectively with both the team and management.
• Handling and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Supporting the Lead Manager in overseeing floor operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Previous VIP restaurant supervisory experience is essential.

✅ Leadership: Ability to inspire, lead, and support a high-performing team.

✅ Composure: Stays calm and collected in high-pressure environments.

✅ Guest-Focused: High empathy and a deep understanding of premium hospitality.

✅ Beverage Knowledge: Strong cocktail and wine expertise, including food pairings.

✅ Fine Dining Expertise: Understanding of menu terminology and service standards.

✅ Organisational Skills: Outstanding attention to detail and time management.

✅ Availability: Must be available 4-6 evening shifts per week, including weekdays and weekends (3-4pm start, midnight finish).
