Bar team leaders Required - Epsom Derby and Jockey Club

We are looking for team leaders to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at the race courses Sandown, Epsom and Kempton!

Our hospitality staff thrive off the buzz of a busy day and interacting with the general public.

Working Hours

Shift work paid weekly from £12.95/h, rising in certain locations and with experience.

Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

· Providing a brilliant service for our guests

· Swiftly resolving customer service complaints

· Ensuring smooth communication between team members

· Overseeing the floor, mitigating any issues smoothly

· Motivating staff members & communicating with management

Requirements

-Lives nearby these locations. Epsom is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Sandown and Kempton are very close to Esher and Kempton Park train stations.

· Previous team leader experience.

· The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

· Enthusiastic & energetic

· Excellent communication skills

· High empathy and understanding of others

· Excellent organisation skills
