We are looking for experienced Retail Team Leaders to bring a positive attitude and great energy, managing a small team in our customer-facing food and beverage outlets.
Do you want to be part of an exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind the incredible match days at our Leicester Stadiums? This role will put you right in the heart of a match day, as the first happy smile the customer sees.
We are looking for experienced and passionate Retail Team Leaders to deliver a service to over 32,000 fans on match days. You must be able to stay calm under pressure, interact effectively with customers whilst managing your small team for them to excel in providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee your designated outlet, ensuring it is operating smoothly.
- Adhere to all food safety and health and safety legislation.
- Communicate and delegate with all team members in your outlet.
- Ensure your outlet is set and stocked in preparation for your shift, and throughout the shift.
- Monitor stock levels and rotations.
- Lead briefings for the shift, preparing your team for the day and inspiring them to be pro active and enthusiastic in their role.
- You will be expected to complete all Health and Safety protocols and paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, committed, and consistent.
You must have previous Team Leader experience and be over 18 years old, and you will be required to handle alcohol.
Casual Shift Work, Paid Weekly from £12.95 per hour. Shifts will be available throughout the year, predominantly on home fixtures/match days, and times of these can vary.
