Pastry Commis Chef

Full Job Description *

We are looking for a proven professional to join our team as an pastry Commis Chef within the kitchen business production units at the Stadium. The successful candidate will work primarily within the Pastry area of kitchens while also being involved of Match day Kiosk Production and service as well as working in the CPU in food production.

The successful candidate will answer directly to the Head Chef and senior chef on duty. The ideal candidate should already have experience in large volume catering outlets that they can draw on for experience. A keen business acumen is essential that will enable the chosen candidate to grow the systems and revenues of the kitchen.
