Oxford University are looking for Supervsiors and to join their Cafe teams.
Monday to Friday only. Between 30 and 37.5 hours weekly.
Leading to permanant work for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities
Daily tasks may include:
- Providing a brilliant service for our guests
- Swiftly resolving customer service complaints
- Ensuring smooth communication between team members
- Overseeing the floor, mitigating any issues smoothly
- Motivating staff members & communicating with management
- Cash-handling & administering refunds correctly
Requirements
- Previous supervisor experience necessary. A minimum of 1 year.
- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
- Enthusiastic & energetic
- Excellent communication skills
- High empathy and understanding of others
- Excellent organisation skills
