Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations to ensure a personalised and enjoyable experience.</li><li>Efficiency: Working efficiently to serve drinks in a timely manner, even during busy periods, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.</li><li>Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and glassware.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with our bar team and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.</li></ul>Requirements:We're looking for bartenders who are:<ul><li>Experienced: Previous experience in a bartending role,</li><li>Passionate: A genuine passion hospitality, with a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.</li><li>Personable: Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect with guests of all backgrounds and ages.</li><li>Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, even during busy shifts.</li><li>Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, with a willingness to pitch in and help out wherever needed to ensure the success of the team</li></ul> Pay rate :- £12.00ph – weekly paySchedule :- flexible shifts available weekend and weekdays.
