Skills / Qualifications The availability to engage well with team members to provide a consistency high standard of food. A high level of HACCP knowledge – Level 2 Qualification in food safety. The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure. Have a professional image at all times in line with the Culinary standards.Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
