We are looking for Hospitality Bar Staff to join a fun and vibrant team.Are you looking for part time work? Constellation are looking for Match Day Staff to work at Burnley FC. As part of the Constellation family, you can also work in several different venues within the area should you wish to (we work with over 5,000 venues across the UK). As part of our team, you will have access to our in-house training which will accelerate you within your Constellation career. With excellent pay, opportunity, and company perks, we look forward to welcoming you to our team! Working HoursPart-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From £11.45 per hour. Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various Match days, and times can vary. Generally, Hospitality Bar shifts can be between 7-9 hours. Role responsibilitiesDaily tasks may include:<ul><li>Taking customer orders for beverages in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Managing queues and demand in an efficient manner</li><li>Ensure bar stock levels are managed according to customer demand</li><li>Ensuring correct set up and clear down of work units</li><li>Use of electronic tills to collect payment</li><li>Proactively assisting guests and upselling products</li><li>Escalating any customer complaints to the manager</li><li>Excellent customer service and punctuality</li></ul>RequirementsExperience of working within this environment is preferable, however you:<ul><li>Must be able to travel independently to venue</li><li>Good organisational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Confidence when resolving customer queries</li><li>Excellent teamwork &amp; problem-solving skills</li><li>Driven and dependable approach to work</li><li>Upbeat and welcoming personality</li></ul>Why work with us?<ul><li>Great opportunity to be part of the event-day buzz, working flexibly in fast-paced events across Burnley and further afield should you wish.</li><li>Competitive pay £11.45 per hour</li><li>Be part of a great, supportive team</li></ul> NOTE: You must be 18+ to apply and will be required to handle alcohol.
