Restaurant Pass Manager - Glasgow
Are you excited to work in one of Scotland’s renowned venues – As a Restaurant Pass Manager at SEC, you’ll be part of the hustle and bustle of events at Scotland’s largest exhibition centre!
Hours and shift patterns: Adhoc 4 hour shifts
Pay: £13.21 + holiday pay
What you’ll be doing:
· Run the pass during service: review outgoing orders, check presentation, portion sizes, garnish, temperature, timing, consistency.
· Act as the link between kitchen and front-of-house (waiting staff), ensuring clear communication about order status, changes, delays.
· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at the pass area.
· Work closely with chefs and sous chefs to relay feedback from front-of-house on presentation, timing, or customer satisfaction.
· Ensure garnishes, side dishes, sauces, and accompaniments are correct, consistent, and timely.
