🎯 What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into:
- Leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences during match days, concerts, and private events.
- Overseeing busy bar and restaurant areas – from changing kegs to ensuring every plate and pint is perfect.
- Running high-energy pre-shift briefings to get your team pumped and ready to shine.
- Delegating like a pro – keeping everything ticking like clockwork.
- Helping train and develop team members to superstar standards.
- Handling guest concerns with confidence and care.
- Keeping communication flowing smoothly across the team.
- Completing essential paperwork electronically – no clipboard chaos here!
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in a supervisory or management role – ideally from a hotel, restaurant, or event background.
- Cool-headed confidence when things get busy – you’ll thrive under pressure!
- Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Stellar communication skills – you’ll be the glue that holds the team together.
- A people-person through and through – empathy, patience, and positivity are key.
