Role Purpose:

Premium GA Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation of our premium general admission (GA) areas, ensuring that all guests receive a first-class experience in line with Chelsea FC’s high standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, preferably across multiple sites or venues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of premium GA services during matchdays and events, ensuring all operational standards are met or exceeded.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of hospitality staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service at all times.
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff and guests within your designated area.
  • Ensure all staff are fully briefed and trained to deliver their duties efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor presentation standards of all areas, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels, and service areas are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with staffing requirements, including allocation of duties and ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Support the Premium GA Manager with stock control, cash handling, and health & safety compliance.
  • Maintain excellent communication with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.


Person Specification:


Essential:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or retail, preferably in a premium or high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple sites or areas is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.


Desirable:

  • Previous experience in stadium or large venue operations.
  • Relevant hospitality or customer service qualifications.
