We are seeking talented and dedicated cook's and Junior CDP's to join our esteemed hospitality team, whether you have a passion for cooking, learning towards a qualification, or have previous experience within this role. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per those in charges detail
- Ensure consistent and exceptional presentation of food whilst following instructions.
- Able to take instructions and learn with direction
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with the other chefs in the kitchen to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cook or learning environment
- Any relevant qualification or experience
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Working Hours
This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. We can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
Race Days:
November 2025: 6th and 28th-29th November
December 2025: 17th and 29th December
January 2026: 14th January
February 2026: 7th, 17th and 27th-28th February
March 2026: 20th - 21st March
April 2026: 17th - 18th April
