We are seeking talented and dedicated Chef’s to join our esteemed hospitality team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the menu specifications.

- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing daily operations efficiently.

- Ensure consistent and exceptional presentation of food.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.

- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training.

- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring minimal wastage.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef's and Exec Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

- Culinary degree or relevant qualification is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

- A passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.


Working Hours

This is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. We can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
