Do you want to be part of a friendly and enthusiastic team, working across various venues connected to Oxford University? We’re currently looking for Hospitality Staff (Driver) to join our team at Oxford Production Kitchen Osney Industrial Estate

About the Role

As a Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering food and drink to cafés and venues on set routes around Oxford University, ensuring smooth and timely service from our production kitchen.

Shift Details:

🕖 07:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday

📍 Based at Oxford Production Kitchen

A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role. Parking is available on site

You must be physically fit and able to lift and carry loads independently when loading and unloading vans multiple times throughout the day.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide a polite, prompt, and friendly service to colleagues and guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Follow company policies on Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
• Always wear the required PPE.
• Enjoy your work — smile and have fun!

No previous experience is necessary — full training will be provided.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Confidence when engaging with people.
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to use initiative when working independently.
