Haydock Park is often advertised as being conveniently situated at equal distances from both Manchester and Liverpool and yet in spite of this close proximity to industry, the actual course is in a setting of woodland and tree-lined avenues.
Owned and operated by Jockey Club Racecourses, Haydock Park has become the scene of some of the most popular and attended events in the Northern racing calendar, including the Grand National Trial in February, The Temple Stakes in May, the Old Newton Cup and Lancashire Oaks in July, the Sprint Cup in September and the Betfair Chase in November.

How to find us:
By Road Haydock Park is located just one mile from junction 23 of the M6. Racegoers with reserved car park passes and coach parties should enter the course from the A49. The main car park is accessed from the A580 East.
By Bus Visitors can travel to the racecourse by bus using the following services. The 620 (St Helens to Bolton via Ashton and Haydock) and the 320 (St Helens to Wigan via Ashton and Haydock).
By Train The nearest train station to Haydock Park Racecourse is Newton-le-Willows on the Manchester (Piccadilly) to Liverpool (Lime Street) line. On the main London to Glasgow line the nearest train stations are Warrington and Wigan which are both approximately 8 miles from the racecourse.
