We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our hospitality and event teams for Airshow 2026. Whether you enjoy customer interaction, working in fast-paced environments, or being part of a strong team, we have opportunities for you.

Manager Responsibilities

As part of the management team, your responsibilities will include:

👥 Managing and supporting event staff within your assigned area

📍 Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring your area runs smoothly

🗣️ Briefing teams, allocating duties, and maintaining clear communication

✅ Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and presentation standards

🍽️ Supporting catering and hospitality operations during busy service periods

⚡ Responding quickly to operational issues and guest requirements

🧹 Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards are maintained

🤝 Working closely with senior management and event coordinators to deliver a successful event

What We’re Looking For

✨ Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

✨ To be able to commit to at least 3 shifts int the live week

✨ Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment

✨ Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts

✨ Great communication and customer service skills

✨ Hospitality or event experience preferred

Essentials

✔ Must be 18+ for certain roles

✔ Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and long shifts

✔ Reliable transport recommended due to event hours and venue location
