💼 Your Role

As a member of Constellation Platinum, you’ll play a central role in delivering a seamless, elevated guest journey from arrival to farewell.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting, seating, and supporting guests with professionalism and warmth
• Serving food and beverages in premium and VIP spaces
• Anticipating guest needs and delivering proactive, attentive service
• Assisting with bar or waiting duties (depending on role)
• Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver flawless experiences
• Maintaining an impeccable standard of appearance, professionalism, and positivity

🔑 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting (restaurant, bar, theatre, or event venue)
• Role Knowledge: Strong skills and understanding relevant to your position – whether that’s cocktail-making, fine dining service, bar operations, or guest hosting
• Confidence: The ability to deliver service with professionalism, polish, and attention to detail
• Personality: Calm, approachable, and adaptable, with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment: Reliable availability for 3–5+ shifts per week, including evenings and weekends
• Mindset: A passion for premium hospitality and the drive to create outstanding guest experiences every time
