We’re recruiting Chef de Parties to join our stadium and arena culinary teams across Compass Group, supporting high-end hospitality operations — from fine dining and premium lounges to bowl food concepts, buffets, and performance-led catering.
This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in precision and consistency, and wants exposure to world-class events and large-scale service.

Areas You May Work In
Depending on the venue and fixture calendar, you may be assigned to:
- Fine Dining & Premium Restaurants – high-quality plated service
- Suites & Loges – shared and plated menus for VIP guests
- Hospitality Lounges & Clubs – bowl food and premium concepts
- Large-Scale Buffets – consistent, high-volume execution
- Small Plates & Street-Food Style Offers – fast-paced service
- Player, Artist & Crew Catering – nutrition-focused menus
- Media & Internal Catering – accuracy, timing, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-quality food across your section
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to exact Compass and venue standards
- Support Sous Chefs and Head Chefs during live service
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, HSE, and allergen regulations
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and spec sheets with precision
- Assist with prep, service, and breakdown across large event days
- Maintain clean, organised workstations at all times
- Communicate effectively within multi-kitchen teams
Who You Are
- An experienced Chef de Partie with solid section management skills
- Confident working in high-pressure, high-volume environments
- Passionate about quality, consistency, and presentation
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress within a large culinary operation
- A strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Flexible and committed to event-based working patterns
