We are recruiting committed, high-calibre hospitality professionals to join our team on a casual contract with a commitment to regular availability, within a premium, high-volume environment:

Head Barista | Bar Supervisor | Barista | Fine Dining Waiter | Breakfast Waiter

All applicants must have a minimum of one year experience in a high-volume environment relevant to the role.

This is a casual contract; however, we are specifically seeking individuals who can offer consistent weekly availability and demonstrate long-term commitment to the venue.

All applicants must be able to make their own way to and from the venue.

Head Barista

Leadership. Craft. Standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a high-volume barista role
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong initiative and leadership qualities
• Ability to train and maintain consistent quality standards
• Genuine passion for coffee and understanding of craftsmanship
• You will set the tone for standards, workflow, and consistency across the coffee operation.

Barista

Precision. Energy. Consistency.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a fast-paced coffee environment
• Passion for coffee and strong technical understanding
• Ability to maintain speed without compromising quality
• Professional, reliable, and guest-focused approach

Bar Supervisor

Control. Creativity. Leadership.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience within a cocktail-led venue
• At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced bar environment
• Experience creating and developing cocktail menus
• Confident shift leadership and strong operational control

Fine Dining Waiter

Presence. Precision. Professionalism.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in high-volume fine dining
• Strong understanding of sequence of service
• Polished presentation and confident guest interaction
• Ability to anticipate needs and remain composed under pressure

Breakfast Waiter

Reliability. Experience. Commitment.

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Friday

7:00am – 4:00pm

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum one year hospitality experience
• Reliable and punctual, particularly for early starts
• Ability to commit to consistent weekday daytime availability
