👨‍🍳 Your Role in the Kitchen

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of our culinary operation, playing a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food at scale.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking outstanding dishes to menu specifications
• Running your own kitchen section with confidence and efficiency
• Delivering beautifully presented food, every time
• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe
• Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit kitchen brigade
• Minimising waste and working sustainably
• Upholding the highest food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the Head Chefs and Executive Chef during busy service periods

🔥 What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• A culinary qualification (preferred, but passion and experience matter most)
• Strong technical skills and kitchen knowledge
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Great organisation and multitasking ability
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• A genuine love for food and a desire to keep learning
• You must be 18+ to apply

⏰ Shift Patterns & Work Available

• Weekday Conference & Events – year-round
• Flexible shift patterns (typically 8–10 hours)

• Surrey County Championship Match & Prep Days (see fixtures)
• England Women vs New Zealand – Saturday 27 June 2026
• Test Match – Wednesday 17– Sunday 21 June 2026
• England vs Sri Lanka Men’s ODI – Sunday 27 September
