Industrial Factory Cleaners required For Driscoll's Farms, Maidstone - Over 18 Only

Constellation is currently recruiting experienced cleaning staff to work at a large factory site in Dartford. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for factory staff and visitors. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Cleaner, you will help maintain a safe and hygienic factory environment by carrying out a range of cleaning tasks across the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas, staff facilities, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces.
• Handling waste disposal and recycling in line with site and environmental procedures.
• Using appropriate cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Following all site health & safety regulations and cleaning schedules.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area at all times.
• Providing support and guidance to new team members when required.
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the role.
• Any other task you are asked to carry out.

Location:

Driscoll's Farm, Unit 20, Wares Farm, Redwall Ln, Linton, Maidstone ME17 4BA

Hours:

• 12-hour shifts: Days 6 AM–6 PM or Nights 6 PM–6 AM
• Work 4 days, then 4 days off
• Full-time, rotating schedule
• Ongoing work

Important:

• Due to location you MUST have your own transport. Parking is available.
• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
• Consistent year-round availability is preferred due to operational requirements.
• Previous cleaning experience is essential.
• Experience within a factory, warehouse, or industrial setting is highly desirable.
