We are recruiting fine‑dining waiters, commis waiters, and bar team members to support our executive hospitality operation at Aston Villa Football Club. You’ll work across exclusive restaurants, lounges, and premium guest areas on matchdays.

To be considered, you must be available for the majority of key fixtures during the 2026/27 season (August–May, subject to change):

✨ The Role — Fine Dining, Premium Bar Service & Matchday Atmosphere

Working in a live stadium environment means no two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:

• Fine‑dining service for Platinum and VIP guests
• Premium bar service including confident tray carrying and drink presentation
• Commis support across executive lounges and restaurants
• Creating memorable guest experiences in high‑profile hospitality areas
• Working seamlessly as part of a polished, professional team
• Confident wine presentation, opening, pouring, and pairing knowledge
• Maintaining exceptional standards in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in fine‑dining, commis service, or premium bar work
• Strong wine knowledge (pairing, presentation, pouring)
• Ability to carry and unload a drinks tray confidently
• Calm, professional, and personable under pressure
• Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing
• Aged 18+ and able to commit to at least 80% of matchdays across the season
