We are recruiting Bar Staff to deliver a legendary guest experience at Cheltenham Racecourse during race days.

Come and be part of The Cheltenham Festival, the most iconic event in the jump-racing calendar!

Event Dates

Tuesday 10th March – Champion Day
Wednesday 11th March – Ladies Day
Thursday 12th March – St Patrick’s Thursday
Friday 13th March – Gold Cup Day

We have hundreds of shifts available across the festival and future events.

Location & Availability

Applicants must be local to Gloucestershire or surrounding areas
Ideally available for the full event, or a minimum of 2 days

The Role

You’ll be working in busy bar areas serving racegoers and helping create an outstanding festival atmosphere through friendly, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Serve drinks efficiently and professionally
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Answer questions about the drinks menu and make recommendations
Confidently present, open, and pour wine and champagne
Maintain calm and composure during peak service times

Skills & Requirements

18+ only
Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
Confident communication and customer interaction skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
