Bar and Restaurant Manager - Glasgow
Are you excited to work in one of Scotland’s renowned venues – As a Bar and Restaurant Manager at SEC, you’ll be part of the hustle and bustle of events at Scotland’s largest exhibition centre!
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: £18.16 + holiday pay
What you’ll be doing:
· Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to meet customer demand.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
