As a member of our kiosk team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional fan experience by:
- 💳 Operating tills and handling card and cash transactions confidently
- 🍻 Pouring and serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
- 😊 Providing friendly, welcoming, and helpful customer service
- 🛍️ Serving customers quickly during busy event periods
- 🧹 Keeping your kiosk clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout your shift
- 🤝 Working as part of a fun, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
We're searching for people who are:
- Aged 18 or over (due to alcohol service requirements)
- Experienced in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
- Calm and confident under pressure during busy periods
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
- Great team players with a positive attitude
- Proactive and able to use their initiative
