What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering polished, professional service to VIP guests
• Creating memorable guest experiences
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Handling allergens and dietary requirements with care
• Supporting a high-performing, professional team

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months’ experience as a waiter
• Confidence with à la carte service (fine dining preferred)
• Skilled in carrying plates and drinks trays
• Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong team player

Event Details

• Dates: 30th June – 2nd July
• Location: Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh
• Shift timings: 07:00–16:00 or 11:00–19:00
