Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Fine Dining Waiters to deliver five-star service in premium suites and restaurants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. From Premier League matchdays to NFL games and world-class boxing events, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-energy service across Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s world-class hospitality spaces.

Your Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional fine dining and silver service to VIP guests, corporate clients and premium hospitality customers.

* Provide polished, attentive table service throughout each guest's dining experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.

* Confidently present menus, serve food and beverages, and deliver multi-course dining with precision and professionalism.

* Present, open and serve wines in accordance with fine dining service standards.

* Anticipate guest needs, respond proactively to requests, and create memorable hospitality experiences.

* Maintain immaculate table presentation, venue standards and attention to detail at all times.

* Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service during matchdays and world-class events.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A minimum of 12 months' experience within a fine dining, silver service or luxury hospitality environment.

✅ Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs or premium event hospitality is highly desirable.

✅ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with confidence, warmth and professionalism.

✅ Outstanding presentation, communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

✅ The ability to remain calm, organised and composed while delivering high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✅ Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food service and wine service, or a strong willingness to further develop these skills.

✅ A reliable, punctual and flexible approach, with the commitment to work the majority of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium fixtures throughout the season.
