Constellation is recruiting reliable Cleaners for casual and temporary roles across schools, care homes, and contract catering sites, working in line with Compass Group standards. We offer a mix of short-term assignments and ongoing opportunities, ideal for candidates seeking flexible, weekday daytime work.

What we offer:

• Predominantly Monday to Friday, daytime shifts
• Casual and temporary contracts, with some ongoing placements

The role:

• Cleaning kitchens, dining areas, wash-up areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in line with Compass standards
• Following health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene procedures
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Supporting site teams to maintain a clean and safe environment

What we’re looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Experience in schools, care homes, or contract catering (an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
• DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of basic health & safety and hygiene standards
